Thank you for choosing RR Collection. By using our website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

By using this website, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years old, or you are using the site with parental/guardian permission.
• You will not use our products or website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You will not violate any South African laws while using our site.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

We reserve the right to:
• Limit or cancel orders at our discretion.
• Refuse service if we suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behaviour.
• Change or update these Terms at any time.

Your content (excluding payment details) may be transferred unencrypted.

  1. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We do our best to provide accurate information, but we cannot guarantee that all details on our website are complete, current, or error-free. This includes:
• Product descriptions
• Pricing
• Stock availability
• Shipping times

We may correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions without prior notice.

  1. MODIFICATIONS TO PRICES & SERVICES
  • Prices may change at any time without notice.
    • We may discontinue products or services at any time.
    • We are not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation.
  1. PRODUCTS

RR Collection offers jewellery pieces that are handmade or carefully sourced. All items are:
• Described to the best of our ability on the website
• Handmade or hand-assembled, meaning slight variations may occur
• Delicate and require proper care as per our Care Guide

We cannot guarantee that your device screen displays colours exactly as the physical product.

  1. ORDERING, BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide:
• Accurate personal information
• A correct delivery address
• Valid payment details

We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

We reserve the right to:
• Cancel any order
• Limit quantities
• Refuse orders suspected to be fraudulent or high-risk

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified via email.

  1. SHIPPING

Shipping costs and delivery times will be shown at checkout.

RR Collection is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, load shedding, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

  1. JEWELLERY REPAIR POLICY

Jewellery is delicate and must be worn with care.

Free Repairs (Within 1 Month)

We will repair your piece at no charge within 30 days of purchase if:
• There is a manufacturing fault
• The item was damaged during delivery
• The issue is determined to be our responsibility

You must email us at info@rrcollection.co.za before sending your item.

Repairs After 1 Month

Repairs after 30 days will incur a fee, determined after inspection.

Lost or Customer-Damaged Jewellery

If you:
• Lose an item
• Damage an item
• Break an item through daily use or wear and tear

We will assist with repairs or replacements at a cost.

Courier Costs

You are responsible for all courier fees when sending items to and from our studio.
We can arrange courier collection on your behalf upon request.

External Brands

We do not repair jewellery from any brand other than RR Collection.

  1. REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

RR Collection has a strict NO REFUND POLICY.

We only offer:
• Repairs for faulty items
• Exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective

Refunds will not be issued for:
• Change of mind
• Customer damage
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer
• Wear and tear

All issues must be reported within 30 days of receiving the item.

  1. EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only exchange items that are:
• Defective
• Damaged on arrival
• Faulty due to our workmanship

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange.

  1. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our website or products to:
• Violate South African laws
• Commit fraud
• Upload viruses or harmful code
• Harass or abuse others
• Copy or steal website content
• Interfere with security features
• Misuse payment systems

Violation may result in termination of service.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

All products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any guarantees.

We do not guarantee that:
• Products will last indefinitely
• The website will be error-free
• Every detail will always be perfectly accurate

Jewellery naturally wears over time.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RR Collection is not responsible for:
• Injuries or allergic reactions
• Loss or theft of jewellery
• Misuse of products
• Damages from improper care
• Courier delays or lost parcels
• Loss of data or profits
• Any indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RR Collection and its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers, and employees from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of any law or third-party rights.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be enforceable to the fullest extent allowed by law, and the unenforceable portion will be considered severed.
This does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

  1. TERMINATION

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or us.

We may terminate your access without notice if you fail to comply with these Terms.
You are responsible for all charges incurred up to the termination date.

  1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and RR Collection and supersede all previous agreements, communications, and understandings.

Any ambiguities will not be interpreted against the drafting party.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any services provided are governed by the laws of South Africa.
